In order to make this recipe you need a food processor. And be warned, this recipe should only be food processed for literally just a few seconds because you want to keep this raw mock chicken salad recipe quite chunky. In other words, do not over-process. I like my raw vegan mock chicken salad to be similar in texture to the photo.

Pure Recipe: Nut Butter Chocolate Squares


1 c extra-virgin coconut oil
1/2 c almond butter (or any other nut butter)
1/4 c honey (for a sweeter chocolate add more)
1/2 c cacao powder or good quality cocoa powder
