- When heated take off heat and stir in cocoa and salt to combine
- Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper
- Sprinkle with optional dried fruit (e.g. goji berries / raisins etc) and nuts
- Place in freezer to set (takes about 2 hours)
- When set either cut or break apart
- Store in fridge or freezer
NB: when at room temperature the coconut oil will start to melt (especially in summer) so best eaten straight from the fridge or freezer.
